PIDE is the highly rcognised institute,,i appeared for entry test of both MSc economics and MBA of this aug , 2009... but i become pessemist as thy didnt show to us our results,,,, my dream to take addmision in PIDE............. Votes: +0

Whe it comes to matter of Quality Education in Pakistan, I am sorry its does not meet worlds standard. PhD done from Pakistan's any university is equal to BSc done from Uk Or USA. ( As students never do any research at their own, they just learn syllabus by heart and take exams). I did masters in Economics from Punjab University Lahore. I am in UK at the moment but I have to top up my masters first to access to any higher education. Ridiculouse. Embarassing. Pakistani educated people are spread all over the world but unfortunately very few of them are successfully working in their own field of studies.I wish all the best to Pakistan and Paksiatns standard of eduaction. Dear Sir,
Although the PIDE ranks 1st in quality education among pakistani universities; it is disppointing to note that there exists no opportunity of doing MPhil/PhD in Economics for those doing any job in Government or other organizations.Kindly look into the matter and provide a chance for doing MPhil/PhD to these people.
