Applications are invited for two positions of “Junior Researchers” in the PIDE project entitled “Climate Change, Agriculture, and Food Security in Pakistan: Adaptation Options and Strategies” sponsored by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Canada. These positions are purely on contract basis on a lump sum monthly pay of Rs.40000/= for a period ranging from one to two years depending upon the performance of the researchers.
Qualification:
• M.Sc/MPhil/MS in Economics/Agricultural Economics with a CGPA of at least 3 out of 4.
• Preference shall be given to the candidates having strong background in economic theory, econometrics and with a knowledge of agriculture and climate change related issues.
• Only short-listed candidates shall be called for interview.
