Guidelines for Test/Interviews

Please note the following instructions and guidelines;

IN-PERSON TEST AND INTERVIEWS GUIDELINES:

  1. Admission test and interviews will be conducted at the premises of Institute. However, facility of online test and interviews will be optional for such outstation candidate who shall opt for it. No extension, retest, re-interview requests will be entertained from such candidates.
  2. The duration of the admission test will be 90 minutes.
  3. The test will be based on MCQs. These questions are divided into multiple sections. please see the following program-wise marks distribution table.
  4. Use of unfair means or non-compliance with the instructions (given in this document or in the examination area) will disqualify the candidate from the test and his/her name will not be included in the merit list of candidates.
  5. List of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on PIDE website on 09-08-2023 (evening).
  6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
  7. Interviews of shortlisted candidates will be conducted by respective committees.
  8. We expect that the candidates shall come prepared and shall consult research articles/webinars/videos on PIDE website.

 

ONLINE TEST AND INTERVIEWS GUIDELINES:

  1. The facility of online tests and interviews will be optional for outstation candidates who choose to avail it. No requests for extension, retests, or re-interviews will be entertained from such candidates.
  2. The admission test will be shared on Microsoft Teams.
  3. It is mandatory to have the camera turned on during the exam.
  4. The duration of the admission test will be 90 minutes. The exact timing will be communicated at a later stage.
  5. The test will be based on MCQs. These questions are divided into multiple sections. please see the following program-wise marks distribution table.
  6. Use of unfair means or non-compliance with the instructions (given in this document or in the examination area) will disqualify the candidate from the test and his/her name will not be included in the merit list of candidates.
