Job Summary

The Lower Division Clerk organizes files, manages mail, maintains the Section Diary and File Register, and performs other administrative tasks as assigned by the Section Head.

  • Referencing of paging of notes and correspondence, keeping the files and papers in tidy condition.
  • Maintain incoming and outgoing mail in order to complete the data.
  • Maintain the Section Diary and File Register.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by Section Head.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Intermediate (2nd Division/B-Grade) (Must be Computer Literate)
Age: Maximum 35 Years
