Job Title: Research Associate (ORIC)
Job Summary
The Research Associate will support research activities of the faculty, researchers and students of PIDE by assisting with conducting, and analyzing collection data, and contributing to publication and presentation. The RA will coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in advancing the research goals of the institute. They also help manage industry collaborations, facilitate commercialization of findings, maintain research databases, and provide administrative support for research programs.

- Assist in the preparation and submission of research proposals and funding applications.
- Coordinate research activities across various departments, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
- Assist researchers with data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Support the development and management of research partnerships and industry collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory ethical guidelines.
- Contribute to research publications and reports, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Facilitate the commercialization of research findings and intellectual property management.
- Maintain research databases and assist in managing research records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for research programs, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking project progress.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master (16 years’ education) with 2nd Division / B-Grade in Social Sciences/Economics/Business Studies / Computer Sciences from HEC Recognized University
- 02 years of work experience in an academic, research, or corporate environment is highly desirable.
Age: Maximum 35 Years
Competencies and Skills
- In-depth knowledge of research methodologies, data collection, analysis, report writing, presentation, and publication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess analysis risks and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, researchers, and external partners.
