Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst
Job Summary
The Senior System Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis and design of complex information systems. This role involves overseeing system development, managing project teams, and ensuring the effective implementation of IT solutions in line with organizational needs.

- Lead and manage system analysis and design activities.
- Develop and review system architecture and solutions.
- Supervise and mentor the system analysis team.
- Collaborate with other divisions and stakeholders to gather system requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance.
- Ensure that system development and implementation adhere to best practices and organizational standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for systems.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Provide strategic advice on IT system improvements to senior management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master’s degree with 2nd Division / B-Grade in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in system analysis and design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), project management, and IT infrastructure.
- Expertise in database management, programming languages, and system integration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
