Job Title: Senior Transport Assistant
Job Summary
The Senior Transport Assistant manages and coordinates transportation activities, ensures vehicle maintenance, schedules transportation for staff or goods, and oversees the operation of transport services efficiently.

- Oversee the maintenance and operation of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for official use.
- Develop and manage transportation schedules, coordinating with various departments to meet their travel requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.
- Assist in preparing and managing the transportation budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma / Certificate (2nd Division/B-Grade) from a recognized institution
- At least 5 years of experience in transportation management or a related area.
Age: Maximum 35 Years
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of official protocol, diplomatic etiquette, and event management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and digital communication tools.
- Familiarity with travel logistics, visa processes, and government coordination.
Soft Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
