About Me 

Saddam Hussein is a governance and policy expert with over eight years of experience in research and development. He currently serves as Director – Centre for Governance, Markets and Regulatory Analysis (CGMRA) as well as Deputy Chief (Policy) at PIDE, where he leads research, strategic advocacy, and policy engagement. A prolific writer, he has authored reports, book chapters, policy briefs, and more than 180 articles in leading national and international outlets. As a regular speaker and trainer, Hussein has collaborated with the World Bank, USAID, UN agencies, and was part of FCDO-sponsored Pak-Afghan Track 1.5/II diplomacy.
