Madeeha Gohar Qureshi
About Me
I, being Ph.D. ABD from University of California, Riverside and with more than 20 years research experience on topics relevant to Pakistan development as well as issues related to applied and theoretical economics, have built myself in four domains of development economics. These four domains include topics related to education, health, labour force and understanding institutional structures. My research, particularly on educational and labor force outcomes, has highlighted the importance of considering age cohort and gender dynamics. This has solidified my belief that economic discussions are incomplete without incorporating changing population dynamics and demographic structures.
