Qualification

16 years of education in mass communications, international relations and any other related field

Experience

Min 10 years of proven experience in editing & publications management, preferably within a think tank, research institute, or relevant nonprofit organization.
Strong understanding of publication landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in publication related tools and other resources.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and audience engagement.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Duties / Responsibility

Oversee the editorial process, ensuring high-quality content, accuracy, and consistency across all publications.
Develop and implement publication strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and target audience.
Manage the end-to-end publication cycle, including content planning, editing, design coordination, and distribution.
Collaborate with researchers, writers, and external contributors to enhance content quality and impact.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve publication formats and outreach.
Lead and mentor the editorial team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Ensure compliance with ethical and legal publishing standards, including copyright and attribution guidelines.
