About Me 

Dr. Inayat Ullah holds a PhD in Public Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management and Post-doctoral research at Seoul National University (SNU). He previously served as Head of Research and Assistant Professor at the Jinnah School of Public Policy and Leadership, NUST Islamabad. Dr. Inayat has extensive experience in designing and implementing impact evaluations of large-scale programs and policies using experimental and quasi-experimental methods. His work spans education, governance reforms, social protection, and community resilience in Pakistan. He has led and co-led funded research projects in collaboration with international partners and provincial governments. In 2023, he received the ADB–IEA Innovative Policy Research Award for his working paper on technology-based teacher monitoring in Pakistan. He has published in reputed international journals including Land Use Policy and Perspectives in Ecology and Conservation. He is an active member of the Global Young Academy.
