Qualification
16 years of education in International Relations/ Public Policy/Public Administration/Project Management and any other related field
Experience
- Min 10 years of proven experience in similar or related roles
- Strong understanding of international cooperation landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in negotiation, engagement with national and international stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and audience engagement.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Duration
Initial appointment on Contract for 2 years, extendable on satisfactory performance, till completion of the project.

Duties / Responsibility
- Build and maintain relationships with national and international stakeholders, including governments, businesses, multilateral organizations, and research institutions, involved in CPEC and BRI projects.
- Act as a liaison between Chinese and Pakistani think tanks and other partner agencies’s counterparts to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
- Identify potential international partners and opportunities for collaboration on CPEC and BRI related policy research and dissemination
- Facilitate agreements or Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with prospective partner agencies.
- Follow up on work agreed upon in MoUs
- Serve as the point of contact for international stakeholders, addressing inquiries and ensuring effective and timely communication.
- Organize bilateral and multilateral meetings to discuss progress and explore new cooperation opportunities.
- Any other tasks by the Executive Director

Duration
Initial appointment on Contract for 2 years, extendable on satisfactory performance, till completion of the project.
