Manager Advocacy & Outreach (PPS 9/10)

Qualification

16 years of education in International Relations/ Public Policy/Public Administration/Project Management and any other related field

Experience

Min 10 years of proven experience in similar or related roles
Strong understanding of international cooperation landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in negotiation, engagement with national and international stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and audience engagement.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Duties / Responsibility

Build and maintain relationships with national and international stakeholders, including governments, businesses, multilateral organizations, and research institutions, involved in CPEC and BRI projects.
Act as a liaison between Chinese and Pakistani think tanks and other partner agencies’s counterparts to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
Identify potential international partners and opportunities for collaboration on CPEC and BRI related policy research and dissemination
Facilitate agreements or Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with prospective partner agencies.
Follow up on work agreed upon in MoUs
Serve as the point of contact for international stakeholders, addressing inquiries and ensuring effective and timely communication.
Organize bilateral and multilateral meetings to discuss progress and explore new cooperation opportunities.
