Job Summary
The Assistant Manager Consultancy & Marketing (BPS-17) is responsible for developing, managing, and promoting consultancy and executive education services of the EDC. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying market trends and new business opportunities, designing and executing marketing strategies, and negotiating consultancy contracts to ensure sustainable growth. The position requires close coordination with subject matter experts and senior management to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions, while monitoring project and marketing performance through data-driven reporting.

The Assistant Manager (Consultancy & Marketing) shall be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of consultancy and marketing initiatives of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in identifying, developing, and managing consultancy projects in alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.
- Support marketing and business development activities for consultancy services, executive education, and training programs.
- Coordinate with internal departments, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of consultancy assignments.
- Prepare proposals, concept notes, presentations, and marketing materials for prospective clients.
- Maintain liaison with corporate, public sector, and development sector clients to strengthen institutional partnerships.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, client needs, and competitive trends.
- Support branding, outreach, and communication initiatives, including events, seminars, and client engagements.
- Maintain records, databases, and documentation related to consultancy projects and marketing activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority related to consultancy and marketing functions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree (16 years) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in executive education, corporate training, or professional development sectors.
Age: Maximum 50 years
