Internet And The Right To Information

During the first half of the 21st Century, we have witnessed proliferation of ever-evolving information and communication technologies at an unprecedented rate. The result has been that people around the world are more interconnected with Source: PSLM 2019-20 each other and have access to information at levels unthinkable throughout most of past human history. This interconnectedness and access to information, however, is far from being equal from one person to another.
