Iqra Munawar

Iqra Munawar is a development practitioner and communication strategist. Her current professional duties focus on content creation for media engagements as well as writing opinion-based news articles on various socio-economic issues. Iqra holds a Master’s Graduate Degree in Development Studies for which she received a scholarship from the School of Social Science, PIDE Islamabad. Over the course of her academic career, Iqra was also involved in a wide array of co-curricular activities which have significantly contributed to furthering her skillset, including her intellectual prowess as well as leadership and management skills.

Currently, she serves as an Assistant Media at PIDE. She is responsible for managing the official Social Media accounts and creating engaging and informative content that aligns with the organization’s brand identity and objectives while expanding the outreach for various policy advocacy purposes.
