I am a seasoned Chief of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with over 30 years of experience leading enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and institutional ICT governance since 1991. My career spans large-scale ERP and Campus Management implementations, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity strengthening, and automation of administrative systems to enable integrated, paperless operations. I focus on aligning technology with organizational strategy—building scalable architectures, enhancing digital service delivery, and supporting data-driven decision-making for academic, administrative, and research excellence.
