Nazam Maqbool 

Nazam Maqbool is a Social Scientist/Manager with the ‘RASTA-PIDE’, where he leads evidence-based research to inform public policy and support national development planning. With over 18 years of experience in research and policy analysis, his work centers on sustainable development, water resource management, and climate resilience. Previously, he held senior research positions at the Mahbub ul Haq Research Centre (LUMS) and the Mahbub ul Haq Human Development Centre, where he contributed to flagship South Asia Human Development Reports, regional policy frameworks, and cross-border development dialogues. He has authored numerous publications, policy briefs, and book chapters across critical development sectors.
