Dr. Sobia Rose, Research Fellow at the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), Punjab at Lahore office, was invited as a guest speaker in a seminar on “Food Safety & Security; Challenges & Opportunities at Minhaj University Lahore. She talked about the reasons behind Food Security Policy Failures and how imperative it is to ensure food and nutritional security in times of disaster (Floods).
