A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) and the Pakistan Metrological Department (PMD) for research and experimental-based development of PMD including business model, avenues of weather markets, policy framing, related inputs in the legal framework, and recommending re-organization of PMD.
