The Executive Development Center (EDC) held a three-day training program to enhance leadership potential in professionals from the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives and PIDE. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Muhammad Nadeem Javaid (SI), Vice Chancellor PIDE, facilitated by Dr. Muhammad Athar Siddique (Dean, University of Central Punjab) and concluded by Prof. Ahsan Iqbal (Minister of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives).
Blending theory with hands-on application, the sessions covered:
- Leadership styles & emotional intelligence
- Strategic thinking & high-performing teams
- Negotiation frameworks (ZOPA, BATNA & value creation)
- Communicating change & managing resistance
- Constructive feedback & performance conversations
