Iftikhar Ahmad

Dr Ahmad has more than 18 years of research and teaching experience, having worked on a range of research topics and policy issues. Dr Ahmad has more than 26 research publications in respectable journals. He has successfully lead research studies in collaboration with WB, UNDP, IFPRI/MoPD&SI, IUCN and HEC. He has taught and supervised at the postgraduate level. He is serving as Head, PIDE School of Economics, while have previously served as Executive Director, Centre of Excellence for CPEC, and as Head, PIDE School of Public Policy. He has also served as Secretary PSDE for 36th & & 37th (2022-24) International Conferences.
