Farhat Mahmood

I serve as an Assistant Professor of Innovation and Productivity, holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand. With a strong multidisciplinary academic foundation, she plays an active role in shaping PIDE’s academic and policy discourse by integrating economic theory, financial instruments, and innovation policy. Her research focuses on generating empirical and evidence-based insights into trade and financial systems through the lens of innovation and productivity.
