Center for Trade, Logistics, and Infrastructure (CTLI)

Introduction

The Center for Trade, Logistics, and Infrastructure (CTLI) is a research and policy hub focused on shaping the future of Pakistan’s trade, logistics, and infrastructure landscape. CTLI brings together economists, policymakers, and industry experts to address complex challenges around export competitiveness, regional and global trade integration, and efficient logistics systems. By integrating rigorous research, strategic policy analysis, and cross-sector collaboration, CTLI drives progress in trade facilitation, supply chain modernization, and infrastructure planning that connects Pakistan to regional and global markets. The Center also plays a vital role in knowledge generation, capacity building, and evidence-based policymaking, ensuring that national trade and infrastructure strategies align with Pakistan’s long-term growth priorities. Whether through assessing trade agreements, supporting logistics reform and manpower mobility, or mapping infrastructure investments, CTLI aims to serve as a thought leader in building an efficient, competitive, and well-connected economy.
