The Center for Sustainable Futures (CSF) at PIDE is a multidisciplinary platform dedicated to addressing Pakistan’s most pressing socio-economic and environmental challenges. Recognizing the interconnected nature of development issues, CSF brings together research and policy analysis across a diverse set of themes including urban sustainability, labor markets, social protection systems, and demographic transitions. By integrating these focus areas, the Center provides a holistic understanding of sustainable development in the context of Pakistan’s unique institutional, economic, and social dynamics.
