Are MPhil students eligible for WSP?
No. Only PhD students are eligible for WSP.
Are students eligible for WSP as soon as they secure admission?
No. Once the PhD student clears their comprehensive exams, only then they become eligible to apply for WSP.

Are hostels available for female students?
While on-campus hostel facilities are currently not available, PIDE facilitates accommodation by providing a verified list of private hostels in the vicinity. In such cases, PIDE acts as a coordinating agent to help female students secure safe and reliable housing options near the campus
What is the fee structure for MPhil and PhD programs?

What is the class schedule? Are evening classes available?
Classes for both MPhil and PhD programs are typically scheduled during regular working hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Monday through Friday.
At present, the programs are not offered in the evening or on weekends, and students are expected to attend as full-time participants.
What are the submission guidelines for the PhD research proposal?
Applicants for PhD must submit a 2–3 page research proposal with their application. The proposal should include:
- Title
- Problem Statement
- Objectives
- Theoretical Framework
- Methodology
- Relevance to national or global policy challenges

Are candidates with visual impairments allowed to bring a helper for the entry test?
Yes, candidates with visual impairments may bring their own helper to assist during the entry test. The helper can provide support such as reading the questions and marking answers, if needed. This accommodation is offered to ensure equal access and to support an inclusive testing environment.

Can I apply to more than one program at the same time?
Yes, applicants may apply to more than one program, but must submit separate applications and meet eligibility requirements for each. Admission decisions are made independently for each program.
