Mariam Mohsin

I am currently serving as Assistant Professor at Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE). I have a Ph.D. in Management (Organizational Behavior) from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). I work in the areas of Gender & Management and Critical Management Studies. My doctoral research focuses on the interplay of gender, society, and organizations. In my current research, I study the social construction of gender norms around women’s employment within both micro-level and macro-level social arrangements.
